Return & Exchange Policy
At New Horizon Printing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D printing purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. Please contact us for return instructions and to receive a return authorization.
